I am Olivia-Beth Horak, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S) with extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ teens and adults through life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I cofounded Spirit Pride Project, a spiritual camp for LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults, and have worked with AIDS Services of Austin and Waterloo Counseling Center, the oldest mental health organization in Texas serving the LGBTQIA+ community.
I bring this experience to my telehealth practice, providing affirming, accessible therapy wherever you are. My collaborative, client-centered approach helps you feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing, growth, and empowerment.

Depression & Anxiety
Most clients I work with experience depression and anxiety, from mild to persistent. I support you in reconnecting with hope, regaining your voice, and developing strategies to engage more fully in life. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns, building resilience and fostering well-being.
LGBTQIA+ Issues
I provide affirming support for identity exploration, coming out, and navigating relationships. My experience includes years of direct work with the LGBTQIA+ community, including cofounding Spirit Pride Project and professional experience with AIDS Services of Austin and Waterloo Counseling Center.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
EMDR Therapy, including EMDR Intensives, and Narrative Therapy help you reprocess traumatic or painful memories. These approaches reduce the intensity of trauma symptoms and support you in restoring emotional stability, presence, and balance.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy explores emotions and experiences through creative expression. This allows insight, emotional release, and new ways to understand yourself and your relationships when words aren’t enough.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR Therapy helps reprocess difficult memories, reduce trauma symptoms, and restore balance. EMDR Intensives are available for those seeking a focused, accelerated approach.
Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy helps you create a coherent personal story, integrate experiences, and understand patterns. This approach strengthens self-awareness, perspective, and emotional resilience.
